How to Track Your Package

- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link and your tracking number.
- Click the tracking link to view real-time updates about your package.
Log in to Your Account:
- Go to Purani Factory and log in with your registered email ID and password.
- Navigate to the ‘My Orders’ section in your account dashboard.
- Select the order you wish to track, and click on the provided tracking link for detailed updates.
For Guest Checkout Users:
- Visit our Order Tracking Page.
- Enter your Order ID and Email Address as mentioned in your order confirmation email.
- You’ll be redirected to the tracking details page.

What Information Can I See?

Once you access the tracking link, you’ll find:

Current Status: Whether your package is in transit, out for delivery, or delivered.
Estimated Delivery Date: The expected date when your package will arrive.
Location Updates: Real-time location of your package as it moves through the delivery process.

What If I Haven’t Received a Tracking Link?

If you haven’t received a tracking link or are unable to track your package:

Check your email spam or junk folder.
