When Can I Cancel My Order?
You can cancel your order if:
- It has not been processed or shipped.
- The cancellation request is made within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may still be eligible for a return or refund (refer to our Refunds and Returns policy for more details).
Steps to Cancel Your Order
Log in to Your Account:
- Visit Purani Factory and log in using your registered email ID and password.
Go to ‘My Orders’:
- Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner and select ‘My Orders’ from the dropdown menu.
Select the Order to Cancel:
- Locate the order you want to cancel from the list of orders.
Click on ‘Cancel Order’:
- If the order is eligible for cancellation, you will see the option to ‘Cancel Order.’ Click it and confirm your cancellation request.
Receive Confirmation Email:
- Once your cancellation request is processed, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation. If the payment has already been made, the refund process will be initiated.
For Guest Checkout Users
If you placed your order without creating an account:
- Go to the Order Tracking Page and enter your order ID and email address.
- If your order is eligible for cancellation, you’ll see the ‘Cancel Order’ button. Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation.
What Happens After You Cancel an Order?
- Refund Process: If you have already paid, the refund will be initiated immediately upon cancellation. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Order History Update: The canceled order will appear in your order history as “Canceled.”
