Help with password

Go to the Login Page:
- Visit our website and click on the “Login” button at the top-right corner.
Click “Forgot Password?”
- Below the password field, you’ll find the “Forgot Password?” link. Click on it.
Enter Your Email Address:
- Provide the email address associated with your account and click “Reset Password”.
Check Your Email:
- An email will be sent to you with a password reset link. This email is sent using our secure SMTP connection to ensure reliable delivery.
- If you don’t see the email, check your spam/junk folder, or ensure that you entered the correct email address.
Follow the Reset Link:
- Open the email and click on the password reset link. This will take you to the password reset page.
Set a New Password:
- Enter a new password and confirm it. Click “Update Password” to save your changes.
- Make sure your password is strong by including a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters.

Log In to Your Account:
- Use your current credentials to access your account.
Go to Account Settings:
- Navigate to “My Account” and select “Account Details” or “Settings”.
Change Your Password:
- Enter your current password and the new password you’d like to set. Confirm the new password and save changes.

Didn’t Receive the Email?
- Ensure you’re checking the correct inbox for the email address linked to your account.
- Add our email address to your contacts or safe senders list to avoid missing future emails.
Password Reset Link Expired?
- Password reset links are valid for a limited time. If it has expired, simply request a new one by repeating the steps above.
