What if my order is damaged?

1. Reporting a Damaged Item

If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps to request a replacement:

  • Report within 7 Days: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period may be subject to reprinting charges.
  • Provide Proof: Share unboxing videos, photos of the damaged product, and the original packaging with our support team. This helps us verify the issue and process your request swiftly.

2. What Happens Next?

Once we receive your report and the necessary proofs:

  • Verification: We will review the provided materials to verify the damage.
  • Replacement: If verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you at no additional cost.

3. Important Notes

  • No Unboxing Video: If you do not have an unboxing video and we cannot verify the damage, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
  • Courier Mishandling: If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, note this in the courier’s delivery remarks and take pictures. This will help in claiming a refund or replacement from the courier service.

4. Preventive Tips

  • Careful Unboxing: Please unbox your items carefully. Damage caused by scissors or sharp objects during unboxing may not qualify for a replacement unless a video proof is provided.
