1. Eligibility for Returns
Customers can return their order within 7 days after delivery.
After this period, returns or refunds will not be processed.
2. Return Process
Submit a return request within 7 days of receiving the product.
Include the following proof for faster resolution:
An unboxing video showing the product condition.
Clear photos of the product, highlighting the issue.
Original packaging of the product.
Upon approval, refunds will be processed.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be borne by the customer.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days after the return is approved.
3. Conditions for Returns
Damages During Unboxing: Products damaged due to improper handling during unboxing are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Measurement Tolerance: A standard tolerance of ±0.5 inches for apparel is acceptable and does not qualify for returns.
Exchanges
Wrong Sizes
Please refer to our size chart before placing an order to avoid size-related issues.
If you mistakenly select the wrong size, exchanges can be facilitated, but the shipping costs for the exchange will be borne by the customer.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, submit proof of defects (photos or videos) within 7 days of delivery.
Once verified, we will issue a replacement.
Damaged or Lost Items
Transit Damage
If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, report it immediately and provide images of the packaging.
Damaged items due to transit will be refunded or replaced based on your preference.
Lost Items
Orders confirmed as lost in transit will be fully refunded or replaced, depending on the customer’s choice.
6. Important Notes
Refunds will be processed only after verifying the provided proof.
Color Variations: Slight differences in color due to the digital printing process are normal and do not qualify as defects.
Providing unboxing videos and courier packaging images can significantly expedite claim resolutions.
