• Incorrect Address: If the delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete, reshipping charges will be borne by the customer.
• Natural Calamities or Delays: Purani Factory, managed by ANW Mark Web Solutions, is not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

5. Refund for Undelivered Items
